Winter is coming…Whao..it’s getting cooler in this coming week.

i like to eat porridge in winter.

Reason one: it’s hot and you will straight way feel the warm after the porridge has been sent to your month.

Reason two: IT’s quite easy to cook , all you will need to do is just throw in all the raw material and let the fire on.

Reason three: Porridge is actually quite healthy because it’s less oily. it’s also suitable for Breakfast.

Reason four: NO - reason that makes me refuse to eat porridge. i can have porridge for Breakfast, Lunch & dinner…wahhahaaa.. A bit crazy????

MY eyes getting heavier..it’s kinda tired to sit in front of the computer everyday..Im still searching info for Food safety assignment which is a project on developing new product.

I’ve an idea of putting tomato sauce n cheese sauce with diced vege into one squeeze bottle of two compartments. It sounds  interesting?  The whole idea of this product is some sort of " conviniece sauce" that is used to make sanwich. Try to imagine, u just need two pieces of bread and ham, then all u need to do is squeeze the bottle, u’ll get a sanwich with vege, cheese n tomato sauce. Im not sure wheather it’s a good, and practical product, however, im trying to work it out.

I think i’d better go home now as outside the computer lab should  be very cold.

i had 2 site visits today, SPC and tatura milk. it took two n half hours to reach shepperton. It’s a bit far from city. However, this tour is really benificial to me . it’s very exciting to have  chance to explore to New Technology. IT’s amazing especially looking at the peeling machine. IT’s extremely fast and efficient work done. I do really respect enginer. i cant imagine the world without engine.

Im looking forward to work in food industry after i grad. Yeah, it’s a bit boring in the laboratory, however, i still prefer something related to food. I believe that everyone needs food to be survived additionally the demand of high quality food is increasing. Mayb i might over confidence on this statement, but i’ve never regreted choosing food industry as my study and future career.

i suddenly felt helpless. I Can’t even help myself..what can i do for now?

everything is about points! to determine your knowledge, it’s all about exam’s score. To determine wheater u are eligible to stay in Aus, point again…..i feel so pissed off by those scoring system….i hate that everything need to be arraged in order using scoring system.

well, i need to rest. i need to rest at this wrong moment.
