Career..

I just came back from " Kick Start of Your Career" seminar which held by ILFR. There are speakers from different field to provide us professional advices and experiences. The career forum started with Mike Stephen who was talking about the future of agriculture. I can’t wait to the turn of Kraft food representative to give the talk which are related to my future career. The krafts food representative, Vennessa Lee graduated at RMIT with Bc applied science, major in food science and technology. She obtained her first job as QA officer at confectionary company. I was shocked when i’ve been told that her salary of her first job was lower than job being paid as a staff at Mc Donald. However, she insisted to work in food company because she thought to gain experiences in food related industry. She said, try hard and work hard during university life. You will get to add  up your personal values because every single job and experience is a bonus to your resume.University life is not just go to uni, study, back home, study again..It’s not about high distinction on your transcript. Nowsaday, employer’s looking for mature, experienced, team coperating employee. Working in cafe can contribute to your customer service skills, Working as a process worker can lead you to higher understanding of processing environment. IT’s all contributed to your resume.

i’ve been tired, i don’t even want to think about my career and my future. This is the first time i don’t have plan for the next half a year. This is the first time i don’t even wanna  analyse and think to resolve my problems. There are heaps of problem that i would need to solve it out. I’m trying to sort it out, but i can’t find  a point to start to deal with it. When im getting nearer to the end of semester, im getting nervous, i’m lost………
